The aim of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties of the Hexaco Questionnaire (HEXACO-60R) and compare it with the Five Major Personality Factors Questionnaire (NEO-FFI-R). This research is of descriptive-developmental type. The target population of this study was all male and female students studying at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels of Tehran Azad University in the academic year 2017-2017. Based on the inclusion criteria, 250 students were studied by cluster sampling They were selected in several stages. Measurement tools in this study included a 60-item Hexaco six-factor questionnaire and a short neo-form personality questionnaire (60 questions). The results of this study confirmed the six-factor structure assumed on students' personality. The obtained credits and construct validity have a high and desirable coefficient which indicates the applicability and reliability of the Hexaco questionnaire (p = 0.001).
