Job performance and burnout, due to the outbreak of crises such as the outbreak of viral diseases, including Covid 19, which has even affected various levels of the world. The present study is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population includes all medical staff working in Khorramabad University Hospitals. The number of samples in this study was estimated to be 220 people and they were selected using stratified random sampling method. Three work-family conflict questionnaires were used to collect information. In general, the results showed that there is a relationship between work-family conflict, family-work conflict and fatigue on nurses' burnout during coronary heart disease. Almost all studies and researches that have been done in the field of work-family interaction believe that work-family conflict can have a detrimental effect on individuals, families and organizations.
