The aim of this study was to study the academic achievement of students through moral solidarity and loyalty and marital infidelity of parents due to immoral use of social networks. Research is a descriptive correlation in terms of practical purpose and in terms of how data is collected. The statistical population is all students of Malayer University. The sample size was 162 students based on random method and based on Karajsi and Morgan table. Research tools include a researcher-made social networking questionnaire, a modified infidelity infidelity, a fidelity to the spouse, and a researcher's moral solidarity. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha of 0.83, 0.81, 0.86 and 0.83, respectively. To analyze the data, two levels of descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and regression test were used. The results showed that between the use of social networks in the workplace with moral correlation (48/4 0) and fidelity to the spouse (-0.69) with (-0.53) and reduction of marital infidelity at the level of 0.01 is significant. The results indicate that the use of social networks and secret relationships Reduce employee loyalty and work ethic and increase employee infidelity.
