The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of life and depression with the mediating role of existential health of Tehran employees in the during of Outbreak of corona disease. Accordingly, the research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study was all employees of Tehran Book City in 2021. The sample size was estimated using 155 employees using Morgan table and based on purposive sampling method. Data were collected in two sections: library and field. In the field section, data were collected using three questionnaires: Quality of Life (1996) (WHOQL-100), Pulotzin Wallison (1982) and Beck Depression (1988). In order to assess the validity, physical, content and structural validity were used, which indicated that the instrument was valid. Also, the reliability of the instrument was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which showed the reliability of the measuring instrument. Data analysis was performed in two parts: descriptive and inferential (structural equation modeling). The results showed that existential health negatively and significantly mediates the relationship between quality of life and depression in employees in Tehran.
