The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of organizational spirituality on employee happiness with the mediating role of organizational belonging among human resources working in Eshtehard industrial town. The statistical population of the research included all the staff of the headquarters and production companies of Eshtehard industrial town in 1400. According to the field information, 375 people were selected as the sample size using the simple random sampling method.
Data analysis was done using structural equations by PLS software. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational spirituality and happiness with the explanation of the mediating role of organizational belonging. All the hypotheses of the research were confirmed that the meaningful level of work with the meaning and feeling of solidarity among employees and the feeling of belonging to the values ​​of the organization with the mediating explanation of organizational belonging Happiness was 3.82, 2.88 and 3.20 respectively. Also, the significance level without considering organizational affiliation was 3.08, 2.2 and 2.08 respectively. Therefore, it was concluded that organizational spirituality has a significant role on employee happiness with the mediating role of organizational belonging.
