Abstract

Background & Aims:
The aim of this study was to determine the Relationship between attachment and parenting styles with activity in social networks of Secondary school students in the city of Salmas.
Materials & Methods:
Design the research is correlational study. The study population consisted of all Secondary students (male and female) in Salmas city. It is the number 3700 (1700 girls and 2000 boys) According to Morgan 352 secondary school student were selected (the second, third and fourth). Subjects responded to social networks questionnaire (self-made), Hazan and Shaver Attachment Style Questionnaire and parenting style questionnaire Buri. Data were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics. Test results show that permissive parenting styles (0.82) and authoritarian (0.86) have a significantly positive correlation with increased use of social networks (0.01). But authoritative style was not significant relationship (0.16).
Results:
Avoidant attachment (0.28) and ambivalent (0.33) have a significantly positive correlation with increased use of social networks (0.01). However, secure style did not significant relationship with activity in social networks (0.15).
Conclusion:
Regression analysis showed that parenting styles and attachment styles respectively explain 0.76 of variance activity in social networks of Secondary school students.

Abstract

 New media, especially the Internet and virtual social networks, have caused changes in people's moods and its scope and intensity continues to increase. This study was conducted to predict the mental health, depression and anxiety of high school students based on the use of social networks. Methods: The method of this research is descriptive-correlational in terms of implementation method. In the present study, the statistical population includes all high school students in Semnan. In the first semester of the academic year of 1994-95, a sample of 200 people was selected from the available people using the Cochran's formula. And answered a researcher-made questionnaire on social networks. This study was performed through Pearson statistical coefficient and simple linear regression by SPSS software version 21. Analysis: According to the results of the study, the use of social networks can affect the quality of life of students and depression in the formation of mental health. And anxiety play a role. Discussion: Social networks play a role in shaping mental health, depression and anxiety and even affect the economic, social and political dimensions of societies. Therefore, awareness and management measures should be taken in line with the amount and content used in social networks

Abstract

Due to the increasing use of social networks among people in the community, especially students, so the need for research in this area is essential. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social adjustment and self-efficacy with the use of social networks in primary school students in Behshahr. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population was all 1450 primary school students in Behshahr, which based on Krejcie and Morgan table, 306 people were selected as a sample by stratified random sampling. Research tools included Sinha and Sang social adjustment questionnaire, general self-efficacy questionnaire and social media use questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation, independent t-test and multivariate regression using SPSS software version 20. Findings showed that there is a significant inverse relationship between social adjustment and self-efficacy with the use of social networks in students. Also, self-efficacy with beta coefficient β = -0.567 has the highest relationship with the use of social networks. There is no significant difference between students' social adjustment, self-efficacy and use of social networks by gender. Conclusion that the use of social networks has a negative effect on social adjustment and self-efficacy of students. Therefore, university officials are suggested to hold educational workshops for parents and students with scientific and coherent planning in order to address the disadvantages of excessive use of social networks and also the correct use of social networks. , In order to increase social adjustment and self-efficacy in students.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to study the academic achievement of students through moral solidarity and loyalty and marital infidelity of parents due to immoral use of social networks. Research is a descriptive correlation in terms of practical purpose and in terms of how data is collected. The statistical population is all students of Malayer University. The sample size was 162 students based on random method and based on Karajsi and Morgan table. Research tools include a researcher-made social networking questionnaire, a modified infidelity infidelity, a fidelity to the spouse, and a researcher's moral solidarity. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha of 0.83, 0.81, 0.86 and 0.83, respectively. To analyze the data, two levels of descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and regression test were used. The results showed that between the use of social networks in the workplace with moral correlation (48/4 0) and fidelity to the spouse (-0.69) with (-0.53) and reduction of marital infidelity at the level of 0.01 is significant. The results indicate that the use of social networks and secret relationships Reduce employee loyalty and work ethic and increase employee infidelity.

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of mental rumination and virtual networks on students' depression. The present study was quantitative in terms of applied purpose, descriptive-correlational in nature, and quantitative in terms of data type. The statistical population in this research included all the students of the Islamic Azad University of Quds branch in the academic year of 1402-1401, out of which 210 people were selected using available sampling based on the Tabachnik and Fidel formula. The tool for collecting research data with the library method to determine the relationship between the research variables and the field method using the standard rumination questionnaires of Nolen-Hoeksma and Moro (1991), Jahanbani virtual social networks (2017), Beck's depression (1961) ) They were . Data analysis included two parts of descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation tests and multiple regression) using Spss-V23 software. The results of the research indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between mental rumination and virtual networks with students' depression.
