Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of automatic correction educational software on English language learning of second grade female high school students in Ghaemshahr. The method of this research is a quasi-experimental method. The statistical population of this study is all the second grade classes of girls' high school in Ghaemshahr that are studying in the year 99-98, which includes 86 classes and 1452 students. Simple and sample random sampling method including two classes was selected as a statistical sample. In each class, 30 people are studying. The data collection method includes two tests of cognitive domain and psychomotor domain and a researcher-made questionnaire for emotional domain. Findings showed that automatic correction educational software was able to affect three areas of learning, namely cognitive, psychological, motor and emotional domains. The results showed that the software method has a greater impact on learning than the traditional method.
