This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose, in terms of how to collect data and is correlational in terms of examining the relationship between variables. Teachers of all educational levels of girls 'and boys' schools in Behbahan were considered as a statistical population and a simple random sampling method. Using Cochran's formula, the statistical sample size was calculated and 336 people were selected. In this study, the organizational optimism questionnaire of Cameron et al. (2004), Walton Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (1973) and Carroll Social Responsibility Questionnaire (1999) were used to collect information. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaires was 0.89, 0.85 and 0.86, respectively.
