fa اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های زندگی بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی و امید به زندگی در افراد مبتلا به ایدز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">پیش زمینه و هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">آموزش مهارت</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">‌</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">های زندگی از راه‌های مؤثر در درمان افراد مبتلا به ایدز می‌باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی و امید به زندگی افراد دارای ایدز بود.</span><br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">مواد و روش کار:</span></span></strong> <span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه این تحقیق کلیه افراد مبتلا به ایدز مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره بیماری های رفتاری شهر قم بودند. نمونه شامل 20 نفر که به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل با تعداد برابر (10 نفر) قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه های رضایت زناشویی انریچ و مقیاس امید به زندگی میلر استفاده شد که آزمودنی های هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از آموزش آن‌ها را تکمیل نمودند. آزمودنی های گروه آزمایشی به مدت 2 ماه مهارت‌های زندگی شامل مهارت‌های خودآگاهی، ارتباط مؤثر، روابط بین فردی، حل مسأله، تصمیم‌گیری، مقابله با خلق منفی و مدیریت استرس را آموزش دیدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس (</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);">ANCOVA</span></span></span><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">) نشان داد آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی رضایت زناشویی و امید به زندگی را به طور مثبت و معنی‌داری در گروه آزمایشی افزایش داده، در حالی‌که گروه کنترل هیچ تغییر معنی‌داری را در پس آزمون نشان ندادند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، می‌توان پیشنهاد کرد که برای افزایش رضایت زناشویی و امید به زندگی افراد مبتلا به ایدز می‌توان از مداخله آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی استفاده</span></span> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نمود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong><em>Background & Aims</em></strong>:<br> Life skills&#39; training is an effective way to treat people with AIDS. This study examines the effectiveness of life skills training on marital satisfaction and life expectancy of people with AIDS was positive.<br> <strong><em>Materials & Methods</em></strong>:<br> This experimental study with pretest and posttest control group. The study population of patients referred to AIDS behavioral health counseling center was the city of Qom. The sample consisted of 20 patients who practice selected and randomly divided into two experimental and control groups with an equal number (10 persons). Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire and scale of the Miller life expectation was that subjects of both groups before and after they completed training. Months experimental group were taught life skills including self-awareness, effective communication, interpersonal, problem solving, decision making, coping with negative mood and stress management and others.<br> <strong><em>Results</em></strong>:<br> Data were analyzed by analysis of variance.
