fa فنون کاربردی مشاوره: راهکارها و اصول حرفه‌ای آن Applied consulting techniques: its solutions and professional principles تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">یکی از مسائل مهم و ضروری در گستره زندگی اجتماعی، تعامل و همفکری و مشورت است. این مهم با بهره گیری از فن مشاوره قابل دستیابی می باشد. تنوع مشکلات و روحیات مراجعان به قدری است که مشاوره هر چه با فنون بیشتری آشنا باشد و تجربه افزون تری در به کارگیری آنها کسب کند، باز هم از یادگیری فنون جدید بی نیاز نخواهد بود. <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%87-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مشاوره">مشاوره</a> رابطه ای حرفه ای بین <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مشاور">مشاور</a> و <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%B9-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مراجع">مراجع</a> است که پدیده ای نو، و از دستاوردهای دانش روان شناسی نوین به شمار می رود. لذا با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مشاور">مشاور</a> باید بتواند به بهترین نحو ممکن فرآیند <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%87-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مشاوره">مشاوره</a> و همفکری با <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%B9-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مراجع">مراجع</a>ین را به انجام برساند. <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مشاور">مشاور</a> باید دیدگاه های نظری و عملی فنون و روش های <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%87-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مشاوره">مشاوره</a> را به خوبی بداند. گرچه استفاده عملی از فنون مشاوره، نوعی هنر است اما موفقیت آن به خصوصیات شخصیتی <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مشاور">مشاور</a> بستگی دارد؛ در عین حال آموزش فنون و روش ها به مشاور، احتمال موفقیت او را در <a href="https://civilica.com/search/paper/k-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%87-o-Title-ot-desc/" title="مشاوره">مشاوره</a> افزایش می دهند. مقاله حاضر سعی بر آن دارد تا با گردآوری برخی از موثرترین فنون مشاوره، در معرفی و شناساندن آنها گامی کوچک بردارد. از این رو، برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش توصیفی برای ارائه مطالب بهره جسته است. در این مقاله که به شیوه مروری و با استناد به منابع کتابخانه ای گردآوری شده است، سعی بر آن داریم تا مطالبی را ارائه دهیم که برای مشاوران و درمانگران مفید وکاربردی باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">One of the most important and necessary issues in the field of social life is interaction and consensus and consultation. This can be achieved by using the consulting technique. The variety of clients' problems and moods is so great that the more familiar the counseling is with the techniques and the more experience they gain in using them, the more they will need to learn new techniques. Counseling is a professional relationship between counselors and clients that is a new phenomenon, and one of the achievements of modern psychological knowledge. Therefore, considering the importance of this issue, the consultant should be able to carry out the consultation and consensus process with the clients in the best possible way. The counselor should know the theoretical and practical views of counseling techniques and methods well. Although the practical use of counseling techniques is an art, its success depends on the personality traits of the counselor; At the same time, teaching the consultant techniques and methods increases his chances of success in counseling. The present article tries to take a small step in introducing some of the most effective counseling techniques. Therefore, to achieve this goal, a descriptive method has been used to present the content.
