fa تعیین رابطه امنیت شغلی با تیپ‌های شخصیتی در کارکنان آتش نشانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">هدف: این پژوهش با هدف، <span style="background:white;">تعیین رابطه امنیت شغلی با </span>تیپ‌های شخصیتی در کارکنان آتش نشانی انجام شد. روش:<a name="_Hlk93576903">به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و روش بررسی آن توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان آتش نشانی شهر قدس در سال 1400 بود. از میان جامعه آماری فوق براساس روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 92 نفر بصورت روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها&nbsp; پرسشنامه امنیت شغلی برگرفته از پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا و آزمون تیپ میرز و بریگز بود.</a> یافته‌ها: یافته&shy; های پژوهش نشان داد که بین امنیت شغلی با تیپ شخصیتی در کارکنان آتش نشانی رابطه وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: بین مولفه‌ امنیت شغلی با تیپ‌های شخصیتی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. با توجه به یافته‌های پیش رو می‌توان گفت می‌توان از تیپ‌ها و صفات شخصیتی افراد میزان امنیت شغلی را اندازه‌گیری نمود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective</strong>: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between job security and personality types in firefighters. <strong>Method</strong>: In terms of purpose, application and the method of its study was a descriptive correlation. The statistical population of the study included all firefighters in the city of Quds in 1400. From the above statistical population based on the available sampling method, 92 people were selected as the available sampling method. Data collection tools were job security questionnaire derived from Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Myers and Briggs Type Test. <strong>Findings</strong>: The findings showed that there is a relationship between job security and personality type in firefighters. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: There is a positive and significant relationship between job security component and personality types.
