fa تاثیر روان درمانی پویشی کوتاه مدت فشرده (ISTDP) بر سبک‌های دلبستگی در زنان دچار تعارضات زناشویی The effect of intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP) on attachment styles in women with marital conflicts تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research خانواده از لحاظ قدمت، ابتدایی‌ترین و به لحاظ گستردگی، جهان شمول‌ترین نهاد اجتماعی است، این امر نشان می‌دهد که تشکیل خانواده یکی از اساسی‌ترین و طبیعی‌ترین نیازهای انسان محسوب می‌شود. اولین گام برای ارضای این نیاز اساسی و طبیعی ازدواج است. به رغم خوشایند بودن پیوند ازدواج، رضایت زوجین به آسانی به دست نمی‌آید و در نتیجه قوی‌ترین پیوند انسانی یعنی ازدواج، در مستحکم‌ترین قرارگاه آن، یعنی سامانه خانواده، ممکن است در معرض خطر جدی قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر یک کارآزمایی تصادفی کنترل شده با استفاده از طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل دارای مراقبت‌های معمول یک پژوهش استاندارد است. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه زنان دارای تعارضات زناشویی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره آگاه شهر تهران در سال1401 تشکیل دادند. در این پژوهش از دو مقیاس دلبستگی بزرگسالان، مقیاس تعارض زناشویی کانزاس برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری) و نرم‌افزار آماریSPSS-19 استفاده شد. در بخش اول یافته‌های توصیفی تحقیق و در بخش دوم یافته‌های تحقیق از چشم‌انداز آمار استنباطی ذکر شد.در اینجا از متغیر سبک‌های دلبستگی ایمن، اجتنابی و دو‌سوگرا استفاده شده است. در یافته‌های استنباطی، نرمال بودن توزیع داده‌ها یکی از مهم‌ترین پیش فرض‌های تمامی آزمون‌های پارامتریک از قبیل تحلیل کوواریانس است. برای بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع متغیرها در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون از آزمون شاپیرو- ویلک استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد روان‌درمانی پویشی کوتاه مدت فشرده برسبک‌های دلبستگی در زنان دچار تعارضات زناشویی تاثیر دارد.   Introduction: The family is the most basic social institution in terms of age, and in terms of its scope, it is the most universal social institution, this shows that forming a family is one of the most basic and natural human needs. The first step to satisfy this basic and natural need is marriage. Despite the pleasantness of the marriage bond, the satisfaction of the couple is not easily achieved, and as a result, the strongest human bond, marriage, in its strongest base, the family system, may be in serious danger. Methodology: The present study is a randomized controlled trial using a pre-test-post-test design with a control group having the usual care of a standard study. The statistical population of the current study was made up of all women with marital conflicts who referred to counseling centers in Tehran in 2011. In this research, two adult attachment scales, the Kansas Marital Conflict Scale were used to collect data. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multivariate analysis of variance) and spss-19 statistical software were used to analyze the data. became. Findings:In the first part, the descriptive findings of the research were mentioned, and in the second part, the research findings were mentioned from the perspective of inferential statistics. Here, the variables of secure, avoidant and ambivalent attachment styles were used. In an inferential finding, the normality of data distribution is one of the most important presuppositions of all parametric tests such as covariance analysis. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to check the normality of the distribution of the variables in the pre-test and post-test.
