fa اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر خودکارآمدی و تنیدگی شغلی معلمان زن مدارس ابتدایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin="">این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر خودکارآمدی و تنیدگی شغلی معلمان زن مدارس ابتدایی انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل می‌باشد و جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان مدارس منطقه 2 شهر تهران در سال 1400-1401، را شامل می‌شد. با توجه به روش پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای 5 مدرسه در منطقه 2 تعیین و سپس با همین روش 2 مدرسه انتخاب شد سپس جهت غربالگری اولیه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت داوطلبی از بین معلمانی که شرایط ورود به پژوهش را دارند انتخاب و بین آن‌ها پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی و تنیدگی شغلی اجرا شد و افرادی که نمره بالایی در تنیدگی شغلی و نمره پایینی در خودکارآمدی بدست آوردند انتخاب و سپس با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی 30 نفر از آن‌ها گزینش و سپس در 2 گروه 15 نفری تقسیم شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها توسط پرسشنامه‌های خودکارآمدی شغلی </span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">ریگز و نایت (1994) </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin="">و تنیدگی شغلی استاینمتز (2003) انجام شد و مداخله توسط پروتکل آموزش مهارت ارتباطی انجام شد. همچنین از روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره (مانکوا) و تک متغیره (آنکوا) جهت تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد، نتایج حاکی از آن بود که در مجموع تفاوت معنادار بین نمره کل و خرده مقیاس‌های دو پرشسنامه خودکارآمدی و تنیدگی شغلی در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون در دوگروه آزمایش و کنترل در معلمان زن مدارس ابتدایی وجود داشت.</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of communication skills training on the self-efficacy and job stress of elementary teachers. The research method is semi-experimental with two experimental and control groups, and the statistical population of the research included all the teachers of schools in district </span>2 <span new="" roman="" times="">of Tehran in the year</span>1400-1401<span new="" roman="" times=""> According to the research method, </span>2 <span new="" roman="" times="">schools in region </span>2 <span new="" roman="" times="">were determined using the cluster sampling method, and then </span>2 <span new="" roman="" times="">schools were selected using the same method, then for the initial screening, using the voluntary sampling method, among the teachers who met the conditions for entering the research. are selected and a questionnaire of self-efficacy and job stress was implemented among them and people who got a high score in job stress and a low score in self-efficacy were selected and then </span>30 <span new="" roman="" times="">people were selected by random sampling and then they were divided into</span> 2 <span new="" roman="" times="">groups of </span>15 <span new="" roman="" times="">people</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin="">. </span></span><span new="" roman="" times="">Data collection was done by Riggs and Knight&#39;s job self-efficacy questionnaires (</span>1994<span new="" roman="" times="">) and Steinmetz&#39;s job stress questionnaires (</span>2003<span new="" roman="" times="">) and the intervention was done by communication skills training protocol. Also, the statistical method of multivariate covariance analysis (MANCOVA) was used to analyze the data, the results indicated that there was a significant difference between the total score and the subscales of the two self-efficacy and job stress questionnaires in the pre-test and post-test in the two experimental groups.
