The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management on the organizational performance. The components of knowledge management, organizational performance in the Agricultural Support Services Company, in some stages of work have not received much attention and problems have occurred in the field of organizational performance of employees. The method of the present research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of nature, it is a descriptive-analytical research, and in terms of the type of implementation, it is a correlational survey. The statistical population in this study includes all employees of the Agricultural Support Services Company, whose number is 300 people and the sample number according to Cochran's formula is 168 people. In order to collect information in the field method in the main part of the research and measure the research variables, a questionnaire was used. Two methods of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data in this research. As a result, it showed that knowledge management affects the organizational performance of employees in the Agricultural Support Services Company.
