The aim of this study was to comparison the level of anxiety in cardiovascular patients with normal people. The present study was a descriptive, comparative study. The statistical population of the present study included all patients with cardiovascular disease and normal people in Rasht. In order to conduct the present study, 60 people (30 people with cardiovascular disease and 30 normal people) in Rasht were selected by random sampling. The Cattell Anxiety Inventory was used to collect data. After data collection, data were analyzed by SPSS software version 21 and independent t-test. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the level of anxiety in people with cardiovascular disease and the level of anxiety in normal people; In other words, the level of anxiety of sick people is higher than normal people.
