Purpose: The researcher of this research is to investigate the relationship between self-esteem and quality of life of elementary school teachers in Quds city with students' learning.
Method: The research method is applied and from the point of view of the path, the research is included in descriptive survey research. The statistical population of the present study includes all the teachers of Quds city, whose number reaches 1024 according to the announcement of the Education Organization. The sampling method in this research is a multi-stage random cluster method due to the wide range of the statistical population. It should be noted that Cochran's formula will be used to calculate the sample size, which is 279 people. In this research, the standard questionnaire of Cooper Smith (1967) was used to evaluate self-esteem, the questionnaire of World Health Organization was used to assess the quality of life, and the questionnaire of Pham and Taylor (1991) was used to evaluate learning. For data analysis, the method of correlation coefficient and multivariate regression is used. Also, the Kolgmernov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data.
Finding: There is a positive and significant relationship between teachers' self-esteem and students' learning. There is a positive and meaningful relationship between the quality of teachers' work life and students' learning.
Conclusion: The results showed that the educational community whose teachers have high self-esteem will be immune, resistant and stable against all kinds of educational problems, both in terms of teaching and learning.
