fa بررسی رابطه احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی، خود آگاهی شناختی و ترس از ارزیابی منفی زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی، خود آگاهی شناختی و ترس از ارزیابی منفی در زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر، از نوع توصیفی می‌باشد و در حیطه پژوهش‌های همبستگی قرار دارد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه زنان مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های جراحی زیبایی </span><span lang="FA">مناطق 5 و6 </span><span lang="AR-SA">شهر تهران در سال 1403 تشکیل دادند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 200 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار</span> <span lang="AR-SA">پژوهش شامل مقیاس احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی بزرگ‌سالان دی ‌توماسو و همکاران(2004)، پرسشنامه خودآگاهی شناختی ولز(2004) و پرسشنامه ترس از ارزیابی منفی لیری(1983) بود. داده‌ها</span> <span lang="AR-SA">به</span> <span lang="AR-SA">روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و</span> <span lang="AR-SA">با</span> <span lang="AR-SA">استفاده</span> <span lang="AR-SA">از</span> <span lang="AR-SA">نرم‌افزار</span><span dir="LTR"> SPSS-26 </span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">تحلیل</span> <span lang="AR-SA">شدند</span><span lang="FA">. </span><span lang="AR-SA">نتایج</span> <span lang="AR-SA">تحلیل</span> <span lang="AR-SA">داده‌ها</span> <span lang="AR-SA">نشان</span> <span lang="AR-SA">داد </span><span lang="FA">بین احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی و خود آگاهی شناختی در زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی ارتباط منفی و معنی‌داری وجود دارد</span><span lang="AR-SA">(</span><span dir="LTR">P<0.05</span><span lang="AR-SA">). همچنین بین احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی و ترس از ارزیابی منفی در زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی ارتباط رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد (</span><span dir="LTR">P<0.05</span><span lang="AR-SA">). از سوی دیگر،</span><span lang="FA"> بین ترس از ارزیابی منفی و خود آگاهی شناختی در زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی ارتباط منفی و معنی‌داری وجود دارد </span><span lang="AR-SA">(</span><span dir="LTR">P<0.05</span><span lang="AR-SA">). بر این اساس پیشنهاد می‌شود از مداخلاتی جهت ارتقاء خودآگاهی شناختی و کاهش احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی و ترس از ارزیابی منفی در مراکز مشاوره مدارس، مراکز خدمات بهداشت روانی و کلینیک‌های روان‌شناختی با هدف کاهش جراحی‌های زیبایی غیرضروری استفاده گردد.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">&nbsp;This study aims to examine the relationship between social and emotional loneliness, cognitive self-awareness, and fear of negative evaluation in women seeking cosmetic surgery. The research method is descriptive and falls within the realm of correlational studies. The statistical population of the study consisted of all women visiting cosmetic surgery clinics in districts 5 and 6 of Tehran in 2024, from which 200 individuals were selected as the sample using convenience sampling. The research instruments included the DeTommaso Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale for Adults (2004), the Wells Cognitive Self-Awareness Questionnaire (2004), and the Leary Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale (1983). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and the SPSS-26 software. The results of the data analysis indicated a significant negative correlation between social and emotional loneliness and cognitive self-awareness in women seeking cosmetic surgery (P<0.05). Additionally, there was a significant positive relationship between social and emotional loneliness and fear of negative evaluation in these women (P<0.05). Furthermore, a significant negative correlation was found between fear of negative evaluation and cognitive self-awareness in women seeking cosmetic surgery (P<0.05).
