fa اثربخشی بازی های حسی- حرکتی خانواده محور با عروسک‎های دستی بر مهارت های کلامی و تعاملات اجتماعی کودکان اوتیسم در مرکز ندای عصر تهران The effect of family-centered sensory and motor games with hand puppets on the verbal skills and social interactions of autistic children in Tehran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌های حسی- حرکتی خانواده محور با عروسک&lrm;های دستی بر مهارت‌های کلامی و مهارت‌های  اجتماعی کودکان اوتسیم انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانش آموزان پسر و دختر 6 تا 10 ساله با اختلال اتیسم در مرکز ندای عصر شهر تهران و نمونه‌گیری با روش تصادفی ساده 30 نفر( آزمایش 15 نفر، کنترل 15  نفر) انتخاب شدند. برنامه اثربخشی بازی‌های حسی- حرکتی خانواده محور با عروسک&lrm;های دستی برنامه به مدت 21 جلسه 45 تا 60 دقیقه&lrm;ای در طی دو ماه برای گروه آزمایش انجام گرفت. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از آزمون تشخیصی اتیسم گیلیام، مقیاس مهارت‌های  اجتماعی و مقیاس مهارت کلامی استفاده شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی میانگین و انحراف معیار و آمار استنباطی آزمون لون، کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بین مهارت‌های کلامی و مهارت‌های  اجتماعی کودکان اتیسمی قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود دارد. وجود تفاوت معناداری در زیر مقیاس‌های مهارت‌های  اجتماعی رفتار اجتماعی مناسب، رفتار غیراجتماعی، پرخاشگری و رفتار تکانشی، اطمینان زیاد به خود داشتن، ارتباط با همسالان است (p<0.001). و در زیر مقیاس‌های مهارت کلامی شامل گوش کردن، توانایی دریافت و ارسال پیام کلامی و غیرکلامی، ارتباط توام با قاطعیت، بینش نسبت به فرایند ارتباط و کنترل عاطفی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (p<0.001) و میتوان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که برنامه مداخله‌ای بازی‌های حسی- حرکتی خانواده محور با عروسک&lrm;های دستی میتواند بر افزایش مهارت‌های کلامی و مهارت‌های  اجتماعی کودکان اوتسیم مؤثر باشد و از آن به عنوان روش درمانی مؤثر سود جست.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of family-centered sensory-motor games with hand puppets on verbal skills and social interactions of autistic children. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of 6-10 year-old male and female students with autism disorder in Tehran and 24 subjects were selected by simple random sampling. Effectiveness program of family-based sensory-motor games with hand puppets. The program lasted for 21 sessions of 45 to 60 minutes over two months for the experimental group. Gilliam Autism Diagnostic Scale, Social Interaction Scale and Verbal Skills Scale were used for data collection. Descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics of Levon test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and covariance analysis were used for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between verbal skills and social interactions of autistic children before and after the intervention. There was a significant difference between the subscales of social interactions, the ability to perceive others' emotions and perspectives, the ability to initiate interaction, the ability to respond, and the ability to maintain interaction (p <0.001). And there were significant differences (p <0.001) between the verbal proficiency scales including listening, ability to receive and send verbal and nonverbal communication, assertive communication, insight into the communication process, and emotional control (p <0.001).
