fa بررسی رابطه بین تحت خدمات بیمه بودن با میزان پیگیری دوره بیماری در بین بیماران دیالیزی بیمارستان شهید مطهری شهرستان ارومیه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal"><em><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین تحت خدمات بیمه بودن با میزان پیگیری دوره بیماری در بین بیماران دیالیزی بیمارستان شهید مطهری شهر ارومیه انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش داده‌ها از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه‌ای آماری را کلیه بیماران دیالیزی بیمارستان شهید مطهری شهر ارومیه در سال 1398 بود. نمونه آماری شامل 60 نفر از بیماران دیالیزی تحت خدمات بیمه (30 نفر) و بیماران دیالیزی بدون تحت خدمات بیمه (30 نفر) بودند که بر اساس نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته میزان پیگیری دوره بیماری بود. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد؛ که مقدار آن برابر بالای 70% به دست آمد. همین طور از روایی محتوا به منظور آزمون روایی پرسشنامه استفاده شد که برای این منظور پرسشنامه به تائید متخصص مربوطه رسید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی میانگین و انحراف معیار و آمار استنباطی آزمون لون، کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که میانگین دوره‌های میزان پیگیری در بین بیماران دیالیزی تحت خدمات بیمه بالاتر از بیماران دیالیزی بدون تحت خدمات بیمه است. هم‌چنین اندازه اثر دوره‌های پیگیری نیز نشان می‌دهد که 17 درصد از تفاوت آزمودنی‌ها در یک‌ماهه و این رقم در یک هفته، سه‌ماهه، شش‌ماهه و یک‌ساله به ترتیب به 13، 12، 10 و 14 درصد می‌باشد.</span></em><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:normal;direction:ltr; unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family:" times="">The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between being under insurance services and the rate of follow up of the disease among dialysis patients in Shahid Motahari Hospital in Urmia. The research method was causal-comparative. Statistical population was all hemodialysis patients in Shahid Motahhari hospital in Urmia in 1398. The sample consisted of 60 hemodialysis patients (30 patients) and dialysis patients (30 patients) who were selected based on available sampling. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire of disease follow-up. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach&#39;s alpha method, which was above 70%. Content validity was also used to test the validity of the questionnaire for which the questionnaire was approved by the relevant expert. Descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics of Levon test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and covariance analysis were used for data analysis. The results show that the mean follow-up rates among dialysis patients under insurance are higher than those without dialysis patients.
