fa پیش بینی استرس شغلی بر اساس رضایتمندی زناشویی و سلامت روان در کادر پرستاری بیمارستان روانپزشکی رازی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی استرس شغلی بر اساس رضایتمندی زناشویی و سلامت روان در کادر پرستاری بیمارستان روانپزشکی رازی شهر تهران در سال 1396 صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش بر حسب هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده ها توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل </span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">کلیه کادر پرستاری بیمارستان روانپزشکی رازی در شهر تهران </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">بودند که از این میان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 135 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">روش جمع آوری داده ها بر اساس سه پرسشنامه استاندارد استرس شغلی (گری تافت و اندرسون، 1981)، رضایت زناشویی انریچ (اولسون، 2006) و سلامت روان (گلدبرگ، 1972) انجام گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد که مقدار آن برای هر سه پرسشنامه بالای 0.7 به دست آمد.&nbsp; همین طور از روایی محتوا به منظور آزمون روایی پرسشنامه استفاده شد، که برای این منظور پرسشنامه ها به تأیید متخصصین مربوطه رسید. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده از اجرای پرسشنامه ها از طریق نرم افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">SPSS</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> در دو بخش توصیفی&nbsp; و استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، و رگرسیون چندگانه) انجام پذیرفت.</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">بین سلامت روان با استرس شغلی رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین رضایتمندی زناشویی با استرس شغلی رابطه معناداری یافت نشد.</span></span></span>&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this study was to predict job stress based on marital satisfaction and mental health in the nursing staff of Razi Psychiatric Hospital in Tehran in 2017. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population included all nursing staff of Razi Psychiatric Hospital in Tehran, of which 135 people were considered as the sample size using the available sampling method. Data collection method was based on three standard questionnaires of job stress (Gary Taft and Anderson, 1981), Enrich Marital Satisfaction (Olson, 2006) and Mental Health (Goldberg, 1972). The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach&#39;s alpha method, the value of which was higher than 0.7 for all three questionnaires. Content validity was also used to test the validity of the questionnaire, for which the questionnaires were approved by the relevant experts. Data analysis was performed from the implementation of questionnaires through SPSS software in two descriptive and inferential sections (Pearson correlation test and multiple regression). The results showed that there is no significant relationship between mental health and job stress.
