fa رابطه خوش بینی سازمانی با کیفیت زندگی کاری با توجه به نقش میانجی مسئولیت اجتماعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارتباط بین خوش بینی سازمانی با کیفیت زندگی کاری با توجه به نقش میانجی مسئولیت اجتماعی &nbsp;انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر نحوه گرداوری داده ها توصیفی- پیمایشی می باشد و به لحاظ بررسی رابطه بین متغییرها از نوع همبستگی است. معلمان تمامی مقاطع تحصیلی مدارس دخترانه و پسرانه شهرستان بهبهان به عنوان جامعه آماری و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده در نظر گرفته شد. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه آماری محاسبه و تعداد 336 نفر انتخاب گردید. در این پژوهش جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از&nbsp; پرسشنامه های خوش بینی سازمانی کامرون و همکاران (2004)، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1973) و پرسشنامه مسئولیت اجتماعی کارول(1999) استفاده شده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه ها، به ترتیب 89/0، 85/0 و 86/0 بدست آمد. مجموعه داده ها به کمک نرم افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 24 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و جهت آزمون فرضیه ها از آزمون&nbsp; پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه ساده و تعدیل شده استفاده گردید و نتایج زیر حاصل شد: خوش بینی سازمانی با کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان ارتباط مثبت و معنا داری دارد و همچنین&nbsp; نقش میانجی مسئولیت اجتماعی در رابطه بین خوش بینی سازمانی و کیفیت زندگی کاری تایید گردیده است.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational optimism and quality of work life with respect to the mediating role of social responsibility. This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose, in terms of how to collect data and is correlational in terms of examining the relationship between variables. Teachers of all educational levels of girls &#39;and boys&#39; schools in Behbahan were considered as a statistical population and a simple random sampling method. Using Cochran&#39;s formula, the statistical sample size was calculated and 336 people were selected. In this study, the organizational optimism questionnaire of Cameron et al. (2004), Walton Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (1973) and Carroll Social Responsibility Questionnaire (1999) were used to collect information. Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient for the questionnaires was 0.89, 0.85 and 0.86, respectively.
