fa بررسی اثر درمان با بوپرنورفین بر توانایی مهار تکانه در سوء مصرف ­کنندگان مواد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: -0.2pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">پیش‌زمینه و هدف: </span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing: -0.2pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">اعتیاد یکی از بزرگ‌ترین معضل‌های اجتماعی است که آثار سوءی برای خانواده‌ها و سوء مصرف‌‌کنندگان مواد در پی دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر درمان با بوپرنورفین بر توانایی مهار تکانه در سوء مصرف‌کنندگان مواد بوده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">مواد و روش کار<span style="color: black;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;">این مطالعه به صورت شبه آزمایشی و به شیوه‌ی پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون تک گروهی انجام شد. جامعه</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">‌</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">ی آماری این مطالعه کلیه‌ی سوء مصرف‌‌کنندگان موادی است که طی شش ماهه‌ی دوم سال ۱۳۹۵ به مراکز ترک اعتیاد در شهر ساری مراجعه کردند. نمونه مورد مطالعه ۳۴ سوء مصرف‌کننده مواد بودند که به شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده، قبل و ۵۰ روز پس از درمان نگه‌دارنده با بوپرنورفین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. از مقیاس تکانشگری بارات و آزمون برو - نه - برو برای سنجش توانایی مهار تکانه در سوء مصرف‌کنندگان مواد استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">t</span></span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> وابسته تحلیل شدند</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نتایج آزمون تی حاکی از کاهش معنی‌‌دار نمره‌ی کل تکانشگری و تکانشگری شناختی در مقیاس بارات و کاهش معنی‌دار شاخص‌های بازداری در آزمون برو- نه- برو پس از درمان نگه‌دارنده با بوپرنورفین بوده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> مطابق با یافته‌های این مطالعه درمان نگه‌دارنده با بوپرنورفین راهبرد مؤثری برای افزایش توانایی بازداری و مهار تکانه در سوء مصرف‌‌کنندگان مواد م</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">ی‌</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">باشد. در مواردی که کاهش رفتارهای تکانشی سوء مصرف‌کنندگان مواد در دوره‌‌ی ترک مورد هدف باشد، می‌‌توان از درمان با بوپرنورفین استفاده کرد.</span></span></div> <strong><em>Background & Aims:</em></strong><br> Addiction is one of the biggest social problems which have adverse consequences for the families and drug-abusers. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Buprenorphine therapy on the inhibit impulses of drug-abusers.<br> <strong><em>Materials & Methods:</em></strong><br> The research design of this study was quasi-experimental with pr-test and post-test of the single group. Statistical population of this study was included all of the drug-abusers that referred addiction clinic in Sari in the second half of 2016. 34 drug-abusers were selected with convenient sampling method and evaluated before and 50 days after treatment with MMT. Barrat Impulsivity Scale (BIS) and Go-No-Go Test were used as research tools for evaluating of inhibiting impulses of participants.<br> <strong><em>Results:</em></strong><br> The results of t-test showed a significant decrease in total impulsivity and cognitive impulsivity scores in Barrat scale and impulsivity indexes of Go-No-Go test in drug-abusers after treatment with Buprenorphine.<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong><br> In accordance with the findings of this study, Buprenorphine therapy is an effective strategy to reduce of impulsivity levels of drug-abusers.
