fa بررسی اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر علائم اختصاصی افسردگی اساسی، رفتارهای پرخطر، تنظیم هیجان و اضطراب افراد وابسته به متادون تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اعتیاد یک بیماری روانی اجتماعی است که باعث وابستگی روانی و فیزیولوژیک فرد مبتلا به این مواد می شود و عملکرد جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی تاثیرات نامطلوبی بر جای می گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر علائم اختصاصی افسردگی اساسی، رفتارهای پرخطر و اضطراب افراد وابسته به متادون بوده است .</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش پژوهش: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مطالعه حاضر از نوع پژوهش نیمه تجربی با گروه مداخله و کنترل می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه افراد مراجعه کننده به کلینیک ترک اعتیاد اندیشه نو مشهد در سال 1398 بود که در دامنه سنی بین 18 تا 40 سال قرار داشتند، که به شیوه هدفمند، در هرگروه تعداد 15 بیمار انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی همیلتون ، تنظیم هیجان گراس و جان، رفتارهای پرخطر زاده محمدی و مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته و اضطراب همیلتون بود. گروه مداخله طی 12جلسه90 دقیقه ای تحت درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه قرار گرفتند، در حالی که در این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای را دریافت نکردند. و پس از اتمام درمان پس آزمون به عمل آمد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان دادکه درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر نشانه های بالینی افسردگی ، تنظیم هیجان، رفتارهای پرخطر و اضطراب افراد وابسته به متادون معنادار است</span></span> <em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">(</span></span></em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">p<0.05</span></span></span><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">).</span></span></em><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر کاهش نشانه های بالینی افسردگی، رفتارهای پرخطر و اضطراب و افزایش تنظیم هیجان افراد وابسته به متادون موثر است.</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<br> <strong>Background and Aims: </strong>Addiction is a psychosocial disease that causes psychological and physiological dependence of a person with these substances and has adverse physical, psychological and social functions. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of integrated ultrasound treatment on the specific symptoms of major depression, high risk behaviors and anxiety of methadone-dependent individuals.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This study is a quasi-experimental study with intervention and control group. The statistical population of the study was all those who referred to addiction withdrawal clinic of Andisheh-e-Noah in Mashhad in the year 1398, ranging in age from 18 to 40 years, who were purposefully selected 15 patients in each group<strong>.</strong> Measurement tools included Hamilton Depression Inventory, Grass and John Emotion Regulation Scale, Mohammadi Risky Behaviors, and Structured Clinical Interview and Hamilton Anxiety Scale. The intervention group received 12 months of integrated ultrasound treatment for 12 sessions, while the control group did not receive any intervention.
