fa اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سلامت روان و رضایت شغلی در پرستاران شاغل در بخش های مراقبت های ویژه بیمارستان فرشچیان همدان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سلامت روان و رضایت شغلی در پرستاران شاغل در بخش های مراقبت های ویژه بیمارستان فرشچیان همدان انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی است و برای جمع آوری داده ها از طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه پرستاران شاغل در بخش مراقبت های ویژه بیمارستان فرشچیان شهر همدان در سه ماهه دوم در سال 1400 تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها، 30 نفر بر اساس روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه و در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و یک گروه کنترل (15 نفر) گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش درمان پذیرش و تعهد به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار ماندند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل سلامت روان&nbsp; (گلدبرگ، 1972) و رضایت شغلی (ویسوکی و کروم، 1991) بودند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده از اجرای پرسشنامه از طریق نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif">spss-v24</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"> در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره) انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد باعث بهبود سلامت روان و مولفه های آن در پرستاران شد. همچنین یافته&shy;ها نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد باعث افزایش رضایت شغلی پرستاران شده است. بنابراین نتایج پژوهش اثربخشی کاربست درمان پذیرش و تعهد را بر افزایش سلامت روان و رضایت شغلی در پرستاران شاغل در بخش مراقبت های ویژه را تایید کرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment based therapy on mental health and job satisfaction in nurses working in the intensive care units of Farshchian Hospital in Hamadan. The method of the present study is quasi-experimental and a pre-test-post-test design with an experimental group and a control group was used to collect data. The statistical population of the study consisted of all nurses working in the intensive care unit of Farshchian Hospital in Hamadan in the second quarter of 1400, from which 30 people were selected based on voluntary and available sampling method and randomly in an experimental group. (N = 15) and a control group (n = 15) were assigned. The acceptance and commitment treatment experimental group was trained for 8 sessions of 90 minutes and the control group remained on the waiting list. The tools used in the present study included mental health (Goldberg, 1972) and job satisfaction (Visoki and Chrome, 1991). The results showed that acceptance and commitment based therapy improved mental health and its components in nurses. The findings also showed that acceptance and commitment based therapy has increased nurses&#39; job satisfaction.
