fa ارائه راهکارهایی جهت بهبود مشکل بیش فعالی/بی توجهی در کودکان(مطالعه موردی: محصلین دوره پیش دبستانی ) Providing solutions to improve the problem of hyperactivity/inattention in children (case study: preschool students) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research تشخیص و درمان به موقع بیش فعالی میتواند نقش مهمی در حل مشکلات دانش آموزان داشته باشد و  با توجه به اینکه شخصیت کودکان قبل از هفت سالگی شکل میگیرد و حساسیت موضوع برآن شدیم این اختلال را مورد بررسی قرار دهیم. هدف از انجام این پژوهش کیفی ، بهبود نسبی اختلال بیش فعالی/کم توجهی دانش آموز مقطع پیش دبستانی بوده است. روش پژوهش، مورد پژوهی(مطالعه موردی) و شیوه ی اجرای آن اقدام پژوهی بوده است. به منظور پاسخ به سوالات پژوهش با استفاده از روشهای علمی چون مشاهده، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه و با استفاده از منابع مختلف مانند کتابها، مجلات، پایان نامه ها و ...اطلاعات لازم در رابطه با مشکل موجود جمع آوری و با تجذیه و تحلیل آنها عوامل موثر در ایجاد مساله شناسایی شد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق عوامل اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و خانوادگی و توارث و ژنتیک به عنوان عوامل موثر در بروز مشکل تشخیص داده شدند و در نتیجه، روشهای بازی درمانی، فنون شناختی، تمرینهای تعادل و توازن، آرام سازی، تقویت تمرکز و ...برای درمان این اختلال انتخاب گردیدند. بعد از اطمینان یافتن از اعتبار راه حل های انتخابی با استفاده از پارامترهای مختلف و با همراهی والدین، راهحلها به مرحله اجرا درآمد و بر اساس شواهد موجود و با کمک پرسشنامه کانرز والدین، مشخص گردید اختلال بیش فعالی/کم توجهی تا حدودی بهبود یافته و از میزان رفتار تکانشی کاسته شده است. بنابراین یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که ترکیبی از روشهای بالا در درمان فرد موثر واقع شده است.   Timely diagnosis and treatment of hyperactivity can play an important role in solving students' problems, and considering that children's personality is formed before the age of seven and the sensitivity of the issue, we decided to investigate this disorder. The purpose of this qualitative research was to improve the relative improvement of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder in preschool students. The research method was case study and its implementation method was action research. In order to answer the research questions by using scientific methods such as observation, interviews and questionnaires and by using various sources such as books, magazines, theses and... gathering the necessary information related to the existing problem and Their analysis identified effective factors in creating the problem. According to the results of the research, economic, cultural, social, environmental and family factors and heredity and genetics were identified as effective factors in the occurrence of problems, and as a result, play-therapy methods, cognitive techniques, balance and equilibrium exercises, Aram building, strengthening concentration, etc. were chosen to treat this disorder. After confirming the validity of the selected solutions using different parameters and with the parents' support, the solutions were implemented and based on the available evidence and with the help of the Connors parents' questionnaire, it was determined that attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder improved to some extent. It has been found and the amount of impulsive behavior has been reduced.
