fa مقایسه سلامت روان در دو گروه ترک اعتیاد به شیوه خودیاری و متادون درمانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"><span style="color:black">توجه به سلامت روانی معتادان در حین ترک اعتیاد موضوعی مهم و با ارزش برای توفیق در ترک اعتیاد به شمار می‌رود. هدف کلی این پژوهش مقایسه مولفه‌های سلامت روانی معتادان ان ای (</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">Na</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"><span style="color:black">) و معتادان تحت درمان با متادون در شهر تهران می‌باشد. جامعه‌آماری شامل کلیه افرادی هستند که در مراکز ترک اعتیاد تحت حمایت بهزیستی شهر تهران که جهت درمان مراجعه کرده‌اند و نیز معتادان شرکت کننده در جلسات معتادان ان ای (</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">Na</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"><span style="color:black">) که دوره 3 ماهه از شروع درمان گذشته است می‌باشد. نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس و از میان دو گروه فوق بوده و تعداد 50 نفر از هر گروه انتخاب گردیدند. در این پژوهش پرسشنامه سلامت روانی کییز (2002) برای ارزیابی متغیرهای مورد بررسی، استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میزان سلامت روانی کلی و مولفه‌های آن در معتادان ان ای (</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">Na</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"><span style="color:black">) بیشتر از افراد تحت درمان با متادون می‌باشد. مطابق نتایج به دست آمده به نظر می‌رسد از بین روش‌های درمانی بکار گرفته شده برای ترک اعتیاد به مواد مخدر اگر در کنار دارودرمانی مشاوره و درمان‌های گروهی به صورت نظامند و منظم استفاده شود امکان موفقیت در درمان بیشتر و امکان لغزش و بازگشت به مصرف دوباره در افراد در حال ترک مواد مخدر کاهش می‌یابد. پیشنهاد می‌شود در حین درمان ترک اعتیاد به مسئله سلامت روان افراد معتاد بیشتر توجه شود و همچنین با کمک خانواده‌های معتادان در حال ترک می‌توان به سلامت روانی آن‌ها توجه بیشتری کرد تا اثربخشی ترک اعتیاد در این افراد افزایش یابد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">Paying attention to the mental health of addicts during addiction recovery is an important and valuable issue for success in addiction recovery.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">The general purpose of this research is to compare the mental health components of Na addicts and methadone addicts in Tehran.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">The statistical population includes all the people who came for treatment in the drug addiction treatment centers under the welfare support of Tehran, as well as the addicts who participated in the meetings of NA addicts, whose period of 3 months has passed since the start of the treatment.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">Sampling was done by the available method from among the above two groups and 50 people were selected from each group.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">In this research, Keys&#39; mental health questionnaire (2002) was used to evaluate the investigated variables.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">The results of the research showed that the level of overall mental health and its components in Na addicts is higher than in people treated with methadone.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">According to the obtained results, it seems that among the treatment methods used to get rid of drug addiction, if counseling and group therapy are used in a systematic and regular manner along with drug therapy, the possibility of success in the treatment is more and the possibility of slipping and returning to Re-use decreases in drug withdrawal individuals.
