fa رابطه پیوند والدینی و عملکرد جنسی با میانجی‌گری حساسیت بین فردی The Relationship between Parental Bonding and Sexual Function with the Mediation of Interpersonal Sensitivity تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف از اجرای این پژوهش بررسی رابطه پیوند والدینی و عملکرد جنسی با میانجی‌گری حساسیت بین‌فردی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بوده و جامعه‌آماری آن را زنان و مردان متاهل ساکن استان تهران در سال 98-99 تشکیل می‌دادند که کمتر از 7 سال از ازدواجشان گذشته بود. گروه نمونۀ پژوهش شامل 293 نفر (149 زن و144 مرد) بود که به شیوۀ دردسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های پیوند والدینی (PBI)، حساسیت بین فردی (IPSM) عملکرد جنسی زنان (FSFI) و پرسشنامه بینالمللی عملکرد نعوظ مردان (IIEF) به دست آمد. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره، پیوند والدینی و حساسیت بین فردی عملکرد جنسی را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. در مؤلفه‌های پیوند والدینی، مراقبت مادر، به صورت مثبت، پیش‌بینی‌کنندۀ عملکرد جنسی زنان و مردان است و مراقبت و کنترل پدر، عملکرد جنسی مردان را به صورت منفی پیش‌بینی می‌کند. همچنین عملکرد جنسی زنان و مردان توسط حساسیت بین فردی به صورت منفی پیش‌بینی می‌شود. از بین ابعاد حساسیت بین‌فردی، عزت نفس شکننده پیش بینی‌کنندۀ منفی عملکرد جنسی مردان است. تحلیل مسیر نشان داد حساسیت بین فردی در ارتباط بین پیوند والدینی و عملکرد جنسی نقش میانجی ندارد. با توجه به تفاوت تعداد سوالات پرسشنامه‌های عملکرد جنسی زنان و مردان، بررسی نقش جنسیت به عنوان تعدیل‌کننده میسر نشد. نتایج به طور کلی نقش پیوند والدینی و حساسیت بین فردی را بر عملکرد جنسی در بزرگسالی نشان داده است. روابط اولیه با والدین، مدلهای بازنمایی شده درونی، از خود و دیگری را شکل میدهد، که میتواند، در روابط بینفردی و عملکرد جنسی، بزرگسالی بازآفرینی شود.   The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between parental bonding and sexual function with mediating role of interpersonal. Current research was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population consisted of married male and female in Tehran Province Who were married for less than 7 years. The sample group included 293 people (149 women and 144 men) who were selected by available means. Research data was gained by Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI) Interpersonal Sensitivity Measure (IPSM), Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF). Based on multivariable regression analysis, parental bonding and interpersonal sensitivity predict the sexual function. In the components of parental bonding, mother’s care positively predicts both men and women’s sexual function and father’s care negatively predicts men’s sexual function. Male and female sexual function is also negatively predicted by interpersonal sensitivity. Among the aspects of interpersonal sensitivity, fragile self-esteem negatively predicts male sexual function. Path analysis showed that interpersonal sensitivity is not a mediator in the relationship between parental bonding and sexual function. Due to the difference in the number of questions in male and female sexual function index, study of gender role as a moderator was not achieved. Results generally showed the impacts of parental bonding and interpersonal sensitivity on sexual function in adults.
