The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy, traditional medicine and modern medicine in the treatment of Corona anxiety. This research is semi-experimental in terms of practical purpose, in terms of quantitative data type, and in terms of data collection method, and the design used in this research was multi-group pre-test-post-test design (three experimental groups and one control group). The statistical population of the study included all the patients with Corona, hospitalized in Masih Deneshvari Hospital in Tehran in 1401. The sample size included 60 patients who were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups and the sampling method was purposeful. The data collection tool was the Corona Virus Anxiety Scale (CDAS) by Alipour et al. (2018). In order to calculate validity, content validity was used and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to calculate reliability, and the results indicated the validity and reliability of the research tool. The data analysis method in the first part was descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis to describe the variables as well as percentage, frequency, table and graph to describe the demographic characteristics and in the second part to test the hypotheses. The research was conducted using the univariate analysis of covariance with Spss-V23 software. The findings showed that cognitive behavioral therapies, traditional medicine and modern medicine were effective in treating Corona anxiety; Also, the findings showed that among these interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy was more effective than traditional medicine and traditional medicine was more effective than modern medicine in the treatment of Corona anxiety.
