The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of satisfaction group training based on healthy human theory on marital burnout between couples with marital conflict. The method of this research was quasi-experimental and the research design was two-group with pre-test, post-test and follow-up period with the control group. The statistical population of the study included all couples who had conflicts with their spouses and in the three months of summer 1399 referred to counseling centers and family clinics in Isfahan, of which 32 couples who received the required score from the Thanaees  ُMarital Conflicnt Revised (MCQ-R ) (1387). Were selected by availability and randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. Data were collected using the Thanaees  ُMarital Conflicnt Revised (MCQ-R) (1387), the Pines Marital Burnout Questionnaire (1996. In the intervention phase, both groups underwent pre-test but only the experimental group underwent group training of satisfaction technique based on healthy human theory in 8 sessions of 90 minutes. At the end of 8 sessions, post-test and follow-up were taken from both groups for one month, and their number reached 30 pairs (15 pairs in each group) after the fall. The collected data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance. Findings showed that group training of satisfaction based on healthy human theory was effective on marital burnout of couples with marital conflict (P <0.05). This result was also stable in the follow-up phase. Therefore, according to the obtained results, support was provided to the satisfaction group training based on healthy human theory theory on improving marital burnout, quality of marital relationship, feeling of satisfaction and marital conflict of couples with marital conflict.
