The purpose of this study was to compare maladaptive schemas of mothers with children with mood disorders, ADHD and healthy patients referred to Roozbeh Hospital in Tehran. The research method was causal-comparative. The statistical population was all mothers of children with mood disorders, ADHD and healthy in 1399. The statistical sample included 120 mothers of children with mood disorders, ADHD and healthy in Tehran who were selected based on simple random sampling. The research measurement tool was a questionnaire, personality traits (1992). The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method, the value of which for both questionnaires was above / 70. Received. Content validity was also used to test the validity of the questionnaire, for which the questionnaires were approved by the relevant experts. The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that in all three characteristics of "neuroticism", "extraversion" and "adaptability", there is a significant difference between mothers with healthy children and the other two groups, the average of "neuroticism" and "adaptability". Mothers who have a healthy child are significantly fewer than mothers who have a child with "mood disorders and ADHD." However, in the feature of "extroversion", mothers with healthy children scored higher than the other two groups. However, there is no significant difference between mothers with children with mood disorders and ADHD. However, there was no significant difference between mothers with children with mood disorders and mothers with children with ADHD.
