The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational structure on job satisfaction among the staff of the Warriors Institute and Meraj Andisheh School. In this regard, the present research method is descriptive-survey and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study is the staff of the Warriors Institute and Meraj Andisheh School, which is 157 people. The statistical sample is based on Morgan table equal to 113 people by simple random sampling. The research instruments included an organizational structure questionnaire consisting of 15 questions and a job satisfaction questionnaire consisting of 18 questions that had appropriate validity and reliability. Reliability was calculated 86% for the organizational structure questionnaire and 89% for the job satisfaction questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple and multiple linear regression of stepwise type in SPSS software environment were used. The results of simple linear regression showed that the dimensions of organizational structure (complexity, formality and focus) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of stepwise regression showed that 64.7% of the job satisfaction information of employees is expressed by the components of formality and focus.
