Aim the purpose of the present study was to compare the multi-concept model of Shafi Abadi with the ACT-based approach of self-evaluation of the job performance of employees of Islamic Azad University, Tabriz branch. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with two experimental groups and one control group. The statistical population of all the employees of the Islamic Azad University, Tabriz branch, which was selected using available sampling, a sample of 60 people, and the job performance self-evaluation questionnaire was distributed and administered to the employees of the department, and 60 people were selected from those who got a lower score, first from all three groups. A pre-test was taken, then the experimental group number one received 7 sessions of 1.5 hours of training based on the concepts of act theory and the experimental group number two received 7 sessions of 1.5 hours of training based on the concepts of the multi-axis model and there was no intervention in the control group and after the interventions So the test was carried out. The research tool was self-assessment of job performance and the data were analyzed with statistical methods of analysis of covariance. The results show that both methods are effective on the self-evaluation of job performance and its dimensions, and only the ACT approach has no significant effect on the self-ability subscale (P>0.05).
