The present study was conducted with the aim of effective interaction analysis training on the psychological well-being of supervisors. The statistical population of this research consists of all supervisors of Atiye Hospital. In order to reach the sample group, two groups were randomly selected from among those who were willing to participate in this research and had received a low score on the psychological well-being scale; were chosen. Based on Jacob Cohen's sample number table, the number of samples in each group is equal to 15 people, and a total of two groups equal to 30 people were selected. The accuracy of the study based on the history of the design was considered equal to 1 and the power of the test based on the history of the design was considered to be 0.8, and also the level of statistical significance in this study is equivalent to the probability above 0.5. At this stage, psychological well-being was performed as a pre-test on the subjects, then the experimental group; He received intervention based on mutual behavior analysis during 8 group sessions. After the completion of the treatment sessions, the research instrument was again implemented as a post-test and one month after the completion of the treatment as a follow-up. The sampling method in this research was non-random and purposeful with screening (those with low psychological well-being).
After the completion of the treatment sessions, the research instrument was again implemented as a post-test and one month after the completion of the treatment as a follow-up. The sampling method in this research was non-random and purposeful with screening (those with low psychological well-being). The research data were analyzed with the help of descriptive and inferential tests including mean and covariance analysis. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in increasing psychological well-being.
