The tools used in the current research included the Marital Depression Questionnaire (Malach Pines, 2005). The analysis of the information obtained from the implementation of the questionnaire was done in two descriptive and inferential parts (analysis of covariance). The results showed that solution-oriented therapy has reduced marital burnout and components of physical burnout, emotional burnout, and psychological burnout in couples referring to counseling centers in Isfahan city. These results can be a support for using this counseling method in reducing marital boredom in couples to prevent the collapse of the family foundation and improve marital relations.
