Which were randomly divided into 2 groups of 25 people and were replaced in experimental and control groups. The ratio of F is equal to 14.412 and the value of p-value (significance level) is 0.001 and the square of the share is equal to 0.370, F was statistically significant. Semantic therapy increased the average hope in patients in the experimental groups compared to the average of the control group and this confirmed the research hypothesis that semantic therapy increased the level of hope in patients in Tehran.
