The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of life skills training on improving the quality of life and self-efficacy of female students of Islamic Azad University. The present study is an experimental study of pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population of this study includes female students of the Islamic Azad University of Ghods in the second semester of the academic year 1399-1399, whose number is about 500 people. Available sampling method was used for the sample. In order to collect research data, self-efficacy questionnaire and SF 36 quality of life questionnaire were used and the data were analyzed based on analysis of covariance. The results showed that life skills training will improve the quality of life and in the component of physical health 14% and in mental health 18% of the variance changes were due to life skills training, so life skills training on students' quality of life It has a positive and significant effect. Also, after controlling for the differences between the control and experimental groups, life skills training has been able to significantly increase the mean of this variable.
