The statistical findings showed that the career success of counselors has a significant positive relationship with moral intelligence, religious beliefs and self-compassion. Also, regression analysis shows that among the variables of moral intelligence; Honesty, responsibility and forgiveness, among the variables of compassion; The variables of self-kindness, self-judgment, isolation, alertness and increased identification, and among the variables of religious beliefs, external and internal orientation, predict the career success of counselors.
