The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of mindfulness training on self-efficacy in women with substance-dependent spouses in 1400. The statistical population of this research included all women aged 30 to 40 with drug-addicted husbands in Tehran, 30 participants who met the criteria for entering the research were selected by available sampling method and randomly drawn and equally divided into experimental groups. and control were replaced. A mindfulness training program was implemented during 8 sessions of 90 minutes for the experimental group and the control group remained waiting. The main data of this research was obtained using the self-efficacy scale of Scherer et al. (1982). In data analysis, descriptive statistics (central indices, dispersion) and inferential statistics (multivariate covariance analysis) and SPSS23 software were used. The results of the research indicated that mindfulness training is effective on self-efficacy in women with substance-dependent spouses. The results of the research showed that by using interventions based on mindfulness, it is possible to help women with dependent spouses to improve their self-efficacy levels to face existing problems.
