Aim: The aim of this study was to design a wisdom educational protocol based on the concepts of psychology so that it can be used in wisdom educational courses to promote the wisdom level of society by psychologists and counselors.
Materials and Methods: At the beginning of the educational project, a review of resources and research related to wisdom research was conducted with the aim of extracting wisdom components appropriate to psychological concepts. Finally, according to the studies, the most useful components were extracted in more than half of the wisdom definitions. Then, the educational concepts of psychology in accordance with the mentioned components were identified and an educational program was developed. Then, a list of wisdom educational goals and topics based on psychology was designed and provided to professors and experts in this field for approval.
Results: Four main components identified and validated in the definition of wisdom were extracted and by combining the three concepts of life skills psychology, behavioral behavior analysis and mindfulness, topics and wisdom educational package based on psychology were prepared and its acceptance was accepted.
Conclusion: This study showed that despite the emergence of the concept of wisdom in psychology and the lack of an educational package to improve the level of wisdom based on psychology, wisdom educational protocol in the field of psychology by combining psychological treatment approaches for wisdom development in society and further study in promotion It was presented.
