The aim of this study was to compare anxiety and depression and history of memory among asthmatic and healthy individuals. The research method was descriptive comparative causal. The statistical population of this study included patients with asthma who referred to Milad Hospital on an outpatient basis in 1399. The sample of this study was 60 people with 30 patients with asthma and 30 normal people who were matched with the clinical group in terms of gender, age and education as a control group. The research instruments included Demographic Questionnaire, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Multivariate analysis of variance was used for statistical analysis of research questions. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant difference between anxiety and depression in asthmatic and healthy individuals (p <0.05).
