This Study Aimed To Investigate The Effectiveness Of Stress Coping Skills Training On The Functional Flexibility, Cognitive Dissonance, And Emotional Control Of Adolescent Girls. The Research Method Was A Quasi-Experimental Design With A Pre-Test And Post-Test Design With A Control Group. The Statistical Population Included Adolescent Girls Aged 13 To 16 In The First High School Of Isfahan In The Academic Year 1402-1403, From Which 40 Were Selected Purposefully And Randomly Divided Into Two Experimental And Control Groups. The Research Tools Included The Lazarus And Folkman Stress Coping Strategies Questionnaires, Connor And Davidson Functional Flexibility, Lavibond And Lavibond Depression, Anxiety, And Stress, And Williams Et Al. Emotional Control Scale. The Stress Coping Skills Training Program Was Implemented In 10 90-Minute Sessions Only For The Experimental Group, And The Data Were Analyzed Using Multivariate Analysis Of Covariance And Spss Version 23 Software. The Results Showed That Stress Coping Skills Training Had The Greatest Impact On Increasing Functional Flexibility, Followed By Improving Emotional Control And Reducing Cognitive Dissonance. This Training Was Effective With A 75% Effect On Functional Flexibility, 66% On Emotional Control, And 38% On Reducing Cognitive Dissonance In The Experimental Group Compared To The Control Group. Therefore, This Training Can Be Used To Enhance The Flexibility And Management Of Emotions In Adolescent Girls And Also Reduce Their Psychological Problems.
