The present study is a descriptive-survey research in terms of data collection and an applied research with a mixed approach in terms of objectives. The study population in the present study includes all teachers of special schools in Bushehr. The sampling method was simple random sampling, from which 80 people were selected as a sample. Three ethical leadership questionnaires, an organizational learning questionnaire, and an organizational trust questionnaire were used to collect data. In this study, two sections of descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data obtained. In the descriptive statistics section, frequency tables and central tendency indices including mean and standard deviation were used, and in the inferential statistics section, the analysis of covariance test was used. These tests were performed using SPSS software. In explaining the results obtained, it can be said that in the present era, which is called the era of knowledge and wisdom, organizations are witnessing environments that are becoming more dynamic day by day and change is an inseparable part of today's world. As a result, organizations must enable themselves to survive in such an environment, and organizational knowledge must also change in accordance with environmental changes in order to improve the organization's performance and competitive position.
