The present study was conducted to investigate the predictive role of identity processing styles and personality traits on personal responsibility of Imam Khomeini International Airport Airlines employees. This study is an applied study in terms of purpose and methodology. The statistical population included all employees working in the airlines of this airport in 1403-1404. Among them, 200 people were selected as samples using a convenience and voluntary sampling method. The data collection tools included the California Psychological Responsibility Questionnaire (CPI), the Identity Style Questionnaire (ISI), and the Big Five Personality Factor Questionnaire (NEO-FFI). The data obtained were analyzed at two descriptive and inferential levels using SPSS software. At the descriptive level, indicators such as mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis were used, and at the inferential level, Pearson correlation coefficient test and multivariate regression analysis were used. The research findings showed that identity processing styles and personality traits have the ability to predict personal responsibility in airline employees.
