The aim of this study was to the effect of listeningto music (music therapy) on spiritual intelligence on students of Islamic Azad University of North Tehran. And were replaced in two groups of control (15 people) and experimental (15 people). Also, the homogenization of control and experimental groups was done based on characteristics such as age, economic status, employment status, level of education, etc. To collect data from the Goldberg Mental Health Questionnaire (1972) with a reliability of 0.89 And Abdollahzadeh (2008) spiritual intelligence was used with a reliability of 0.93. Also, music therapy sessions were performed in 8 60-minute sessions on the subjects in the experimental group, then both groups performed the post-test. Data were analyzed using one-way analysis of covariance between groups. The results showed a significant difference between the mean scores of the two groups in the general post-tests and in the dimensions of the subscales proposed in this study. Findings showed that music therapy significantly increased the level of spiritual intelligence in the experimental group compared to the control group (P <0.05). Therefore, these results can be said: the effectiveness of music therapy on all subscales of the intelligence questionnaire. Abdullahzadeh's spirituality, including the components of understanding and connection with the source of existence and spiritual life, was confirmed with 95% confidence.
