The purpose of this research is to determine the role of academic lifestyle in predicting academic adjustment and well-being. The statistical population of this research includes all students of the second secondary level in Tehran in the academic year 1402-1401. The number of sample members is considered to be 240 people who were selected using the multi-stage cluster sampling method. The measurement tools in this research were the academic lifestyle questionnaires of Salehzadeh et al. (2016), the academic adaptation of Sinha and Singh (1993) and the academic well-being of Tominin-Swini et al. (2012), which had acceptable validity and reliability. In order to analyze the data, inferential statistics of Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used using SPSS-23 software. The results showed that between academic lifestyle and academic adaptation; And there is a relationship between academic lifestyle and academic well-being. Also, the results of the statistical analysis indicated that the academic lifestyle can predict academic adaptation and well-being, so that the promoting lifestyle increases academic adaptation and well-being; And the inhibiting lifestyle reduces academic adaptation and well-being.
